AGMT NO. 2015 -053 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a cooperative agreement with the Orange <br />County Transportation Authority, subject to non - substantive <br />changes approved by the City Manager and City Attorney, to <br />implement the Bristol Street Corridor Traffic Synchronization <br />project, and establish the City's share of the project matching <br />funds to be $254,835. <br />2. Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative <br />votes) <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015 -169 - Amend the Fiscal <br />Year 2013/2014 Capital Improvement Program by rescinding an <br />appropriation adjustment Measure M2 Competitive funding in the <br />amount of $962,000 for the Main Street Corridor Traffic Signal <br />Synchronization project and approve the reallocation of $250,000 in <br />Measure M2 Local Fair Share funds from the Main Street Corridor <br />Traffic Signal Synchronization project to the Bristol Street Corridor <br />Traffic Synchronization project. <br />20B.
