Applications must be complete. Incomplete applications will not be evaluated although the City reserves the right to <br />waive minortechnical deficiencies in the application and to request minor corrections or clarifications. The City also <br />reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any portion of any proposal, or all items proposed, if <br />deemed in the best interests of the City. <br />Due to the administrative burden on the city and the grantee associated with receipt of funds, the minimum request for <br />funds is $500,000.00. The City may award all, some or none of the funds requested and it may award the funds in the <br />form of a grant or a loan. <br />The City of Santa Ana has final approval of the project's management plan perty management firm. The City also <br />has final approval on service provider and services provided to residen <br />The Developer should have a track record of developing similar prow nd eek additional leveraging resources <br />other than City funds or tax credits. <br />i.
