A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as <br />follows: <br />35 Vendors were notified <br />12 Vendors downloaded the bid packet <br />0 Received from Santa Ana vendors <br />7 Bids received <br />The bids were received and opened on February 23, 2015 and evaluated (Exhibit 1).
