San Dimas <br />Weber Water Resources, LLC San Bernardino <br />DISCUSSION <br />The Public Works Agency Water Resources Division currently operates 20 active water wells and <br />seven water pumping stations to supply the City's drinking water. Staff has determined that through <br />rehabilitation, the efficiency of a majority of the water wells can be increased. The rehabilitation work <br />is needed to restore the wells to maximum water production capacity. Completion of rehabilitation <br />work will also result in the wells producing more water while utilizing less electricity. <br />The notice inviting bids was advertised on April 15, 2015, on the City's online bid management and <br />publication system. A summary of the bid invitations and bids received is as follows: <br />30 Vendors were notified <br />1 Santa Ana vendor was notified <br />9 Vendors downloaded the bid documents <br />4 Vendors attended the job walk <br />2 Bids received <br />22D -1 <br />
