<br /> <br /> <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br />BUSINESS CALENDAR <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />RESOLUTIONS <br /> <br />55A AFFIRM CONSISTENCY BETWEEN THE CITY'S CIRCULATION ELEMENT <br />AND THE MASTER PLAN OF ARTERIAL HIGHWAYS AND CONCURRENCE <br />WITH EXISTING TRANSPORTATION SYSTEM IMPROVEMENT AREA FEE <br />PROGRAM {STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 6, 1, G} - Public Works Agency <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Adopt a resolution. <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA <br />CONCERNING THE STATUS OF THE CIRCULATION ELEMENT AND <br />MITIGATION FEE PROGRAM FOR THE MEASURE M (M2) PROGRAM <br /> <br /> <br />55B AFFIRM WELLNESS STRATEGIES - City Manager's Office <br />{STRATEGIC PLAN NO. 5} <br /> <br />RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Having identified the common areas of interest, and recognizing that the <br />wellness proposal contains a variety of other suggestions and concepts, the City <br />Council shall select one of the following options to provide support to economic <br />development. <br /> <br />Option 1: Creation of an Economic Development Commission. Membership <br />would be comprised of seven (7) individuals nominated by the Mayor and each <br />Councilmember. Appointment would be ratified by the full City Council. <br /> <br />Option 2: Creation of an Economic Development Committee.
