Upon final adoption, the budget shall be in <br />effect for the ensuing fiscal year. <br /> <br /> The budget adopted by the City Council shell provide for the sup. <br />port of public recreation programs at least the equivalent of Six Cents <br />(6c) on each One Hundred Dollars ($100.00) of the assessed value of <br />taxable property in the City on the legal assessment date for the prev. <br />tous fiscal year. <br /> <br /> A copy of the adopted budget, certified to by the Clerk of the <br />Council, shall be filed with the Director of Finance and a further copy <br />shell be placed, and shill remain on file, in the office of the Clerk of the <br />Counci~ where it shell bo evaiEable for inspection. BUDGET APROPRIATIONS.
