Once the contract documents are completed, bids may be <br />obtained and the City Council may procure a contractor to construct the improvements as identified in the <br />Fiscal Year 2015 -16 Capital Improvement Program, <br />On April 20, 2015, the Public Works Agency released a Request for Proposals (RFP) on the City's website <br />and advertised in major architectural trade publications CIN A/E Consultant Information Network and the <br />Orange County American Institute of Architects, <br />On May 18, 2015, three proposals were reoeived by the submission deadline. They were evaluated and <br />ranked by a review committee comprised of personnel from various City agencies, including the City's <br />ADA Coordinator, Ranking criteria included firm and personnel experience, understanding of need, <br />relevant project experience, schedule, and references.
