<br />RECOMMENDED ACTION: Approve the requests for the destruction of <br />obsolete records from various City departments in accordance with the retention <br />schedule outlined in City Council Resolution 2013-014. The Citywide Records <br />Retention Schedule has specific retention periods for many City documents. The <br />Schedule is modeled after the California Secretary of State’s sample for local <br />government and incorporates other statutory periods applicable to Santa Ana. <br />These are minimum retention periods. Each department makes discretionary <br />decisions on whether to retain records past the minimum requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />BUDGETARY MATTERS <br /> <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENTS <br /> <br />20A. RECOGNIZE DEVELOPER CONTRIBUTION AND APPROPRIATION FOR OFF- <br />SITE IMPROVEMENTS TO PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE, 601 EAST SANTA ANA <br />BOULEVARD {STRATEGIC PLAN NOS. 3, 3, C & 3, 5} - Public Works Agency <br /> <br /> RECOMMENDED ACTIONS: <br /> <br /> <br />1.Recognize a developer contribution from Core Holdings, LLC, in an amount of <br />$60,000 in Fiscal Year 2014-2015. <br /> <br /> <br />2.Approve an appropriation adjustment. (Requires five affirmative votes) <br /> <br />APPROPRIATION ADJUSTMENT NO. 2015-190 in Fiscal Year 2014-2015 <br />transferring $60,000 to the budget line items where expenditures were incurred <br />as follows: a. $26,790 to Select Street Construction Fund, b. $12,799 to General <br />Fund, c. $10,591 to Water Enterprise Fund, d. $7,113 to Sanitation Enterprise <br />Fund, and e. $2,707 to Sewer Enterprise Fund <br /> <br /> <br />20B.
