EROIGSA-15.0007 <br />including third -party liability nr worker's compensation, arising from the conduct of the <br />Service Provider and its employees during the course of transporting ICE detainees, <br />H. Service provider Furnished Vehicles: If the Service Provider is to use its own vehicles, <br />the following requ renents apply to this agreement. <br />L The Service Provider shall not allow employees to use their personal vehicles to <br />transport detainees. <br />2. The Service Provider shall furnish suitable vehicles in good condition, approved <br />by the Government, to safely provide the required transportation services, The <br />Service Provider shall comply with all federal and state laws with regard to <br />inspections, licensing, and registration for all vehicles used for transportation. <br />3. The Service Provider shall furnish vehicles equipped with interior secruity <br />features including physical separation of detainees from guards, The Service <br />Provider shall provide interior security specifications of the vehicles to ICE for <br />review and approval prior to installation, <br />4, Nothing in this Agreement shall resnict the Service Provider from acquiring <br />additional vehicles as deemed necessary by the Service Provider at no cost to the <br />Government, <br />I. Oovermnerit Frnnished Vehicles: If ICE authorizes the Service Provider to use <br />Government furnished vehicles, the following requirements apply to this agreement. <br />If ICE chooses to authorize Service Provider employees to operate Government <br />famished vehicles, the Government will provide the Service Provider with <br />Government Vehiele8 and Govermnent Fleet Cards (for the purchase of fuel) for <br />the purpose of transporting detainees to and from ICE Designated Facilities (see <br />Route ,List or Analysis), or alternative transportation sites, in support of ERO <br />transportation needs under this Agreement, The vehicles assigned for this <br />purpose will remain the property of the Federal Government, and all costs <br />associated with the operation and use of the vehicles, such as, but not limited to, <br />vehicle maintenance and fuel, will be covered through the Government's Fleet <br />Management Program. <br />2. The Service Provider agrees to be responsible for reimbursement to ICE for any <br />damages sustained by the vehicles as a result of any act or omission on the part of <br />the Service Provider, its employees and or persons acting on behalf of the Service <br />Provider, The Service Provider shall be responsible to promptly report any <br />accidents or damage to the Government Vehicles in accordance with the ICE <br />Management Directives listed below and any other ICE policies that pertain to <br />reporting such damage. The Service Provider agrees to fully cooperate and assist <br />ICE in malting any claims against a third party at fault for causing the property <br />damage to the Government Vehicles. <br />20 <br />
