BROIGSA-15-0007 <br />L. When the COR provides documents to the Service Provider concerning the detainea(s) to <br />be transported and/or escorted, the Service Provider shall deliver these documents only to <br />the named authorized recipients. The Service Provider shall ensure the material is lcopt <br />confidential and not viewed by any person other than the authorized recipient. <br />M. The Service Provider shall establish a Fully operational communication system <br />compatible with ICE communication equipment that has direct and immediate contact <br />with all transportation vehicles and post assignments. Upon demand, the COR shall be <br />provided with current status of all vehicles and post assignment employees, <br />N, Failure on the Service Provider's part to comply fully with the detainee(s) departure as <br />pre -scheduled shall result in the Service Provider having deductions made for non- <br />performance. <br />O. An"—ct Trans ortation Officers; All transportation Detention Officers shall be armed in <br />the performance of these duties. <br />P. Billin Procedures The itemized monthly invoice for such stationary guard services <br />shall state the number of hours being billed, the duration of the billing (times and dates) <br />and the name of the detainee(s) that was guarded. <br />Q. Anticipated Transportation Rcutes_The following transportation routes and/or <br />destinations are anticipated requirements for this Agreement. The following <br />requirements are one way routes from the Facility. Mileage may vary from the table <br />depending on the starting point of the destination. Guard Services <br />A. The Service Provider agrees to provide stationary guard services, at a separately agreed <br />hourly rate, on demand by the COR and shall include, but not limited to, escorting and <br />guarding detainees to medical or doctor's appointments, hearings, ICF interviews, and. <br />any other remote location requested by the COR. Qualified detention officer personnel <br />employed by the Service Provider under its policies, procedures, and practices will <br />perform such services. The Service Provider agrees to augment such practices as may be <br />requested by CO or COR to enhance specifie requirements for security, detainee <br />monitoring, visitation, and contraband control. Public contact is prohibited unless <br />authorized in advance by the COR. <br />22 <br />
