EROK?SA-15.0007 <br />ATTACHMENT 4: INCORPORATION OF DHS PRE STANDARDS <br />(3) The facility shall implement written procedures for identifying and handling time -sensitive <br />grievances that involve an immediate threat to detainee health, safety, or welfare related to sexual <br />abuse. <br />(4) Facility staff shall bring medical emergencies to the immediate attention of proper medical <br />Personnel for further assessment, <br />(5) The facility shall issue a decision on the grievance within five days of receipt and shall respond to <br />an appeal of the grievance decision within 30 days. If no such local <br />organizations exist, the facility shall make available the same information about national <br />organizations.
