Role of the City of Santa Ana <br />The City of Santa Ana agrees to provide the following assistance during the project: <br />Assembling and transmitting to the consultants, all documents, plans, policies, studies, data and <br />other literature relevant to the planning process. <br />Attendance at relevant meetings, including meetings of the Steering Committee; also at selected <br />stakeholder and community meetings where the presence of City staff would not deter candid <br />input and discussion of planning ideas. <br />• Development of engagement lists, such as potential steering committee members, interviewees, <br />stakeholder discussion group participants, etc., in consultation with the consultants. <br />Scheduling of interviews, focus groups, meetings and other planning activities and <br />announcement /publicity for any public meetings. <br />Logistics for all meetings and other planning activities <br />Implementation of the communications plan, including potential development of an online project <br />portal with content to be developed by both the consultants and the client. <br />Distribution of the community online survey, through electronic lists, newsletters, print, and other <br />publicity, in cooperation with CRG's Research Director <br />Assistance with GIS mapping, utilizing the City's mapping capabilities <br />• Duplication and printing of the draft and final plan documents. <br />d Timely response to consultant inquiries, requests, draft documents and other planning materials. <br />The Cultural Planning Group 34 <br />
