• Second community town hall meeting <br />• Partnering and funding strategies and plan <br />• Follow -up interviews and meetings <br />Approvals <br />Phase three lasts approximately three months and include one site visit. <br />• Develop a Final Plan document, which fully develops arts and cultural strategies for Santa Ana, <br />identifying funding, programming and collaborative opportunities, roles and responsibilities, <br />partnerships and alignment with City goals and initiatives. The final plan will incorporate the <br />results of the vetting of the draft plan. Draft recommendations that do not have a viable lead <br />agency or are otherwise deemed infeasible will be modified or removed from the final plan. This <br />avoids "setting up the community for failure" and better assures support for adoption. The plan <br />will include an implementation chapter, budget pro- formas, and other components as needed to <br />assure successful review, adoption and transition to Implementation. In addition, the plan will <br />Include a description and record of the planning process, background documentation from plans <br />and studies, and other archival information considered useful to future use of the plan. The final <br />format of the plan can include a printed executive summary, an electronic /online version, and a <br />full document (with appendices) as the complete record of the plan. <br />• Conduct a Workshop for Implementation Partners to refine and confirm roles, and help create <br />the conditions for successful Implementation. This recognizes that the City will be Just one of the <br />partners to implement portions of the plan, The purpose of this workshop is to confirm their <br />commitment to participate in the implementation of the plan. <br />• Presentations of the Plan to Approving Agencies, including the Arts and Culture <br />Commission, Steering Committee, City and other implementing agencies or organizations. <br />Deliverables: <br />• Final Santa Ana Arts and Culture Master Plan, including detailed implementation <br />plan <br />• Implementation partners' workshop <br />• Presentations to Steering Committee, City staff and City Council <br />The Cultural Planning Group 28 <br />
