C. No employee becomes eligible for longevity vacation until completion <br />of the sixth (6th) year of continuous service, and each employee <br />continues to earn the maximum of ten (10) working days (80 hours) of <br />longevity vacation for each completed year of service in excess of <br />twenty (20) years. <br />10.4 Limitation on Vacation. <br />A. With the exception of a retiring employee, no employee is granted, <br />and no employee shall be allowed to take any vacation leave with <br />pay in excess of 'fifty (50) working days (400 hours) in any one year. <br />10.5 Vacation Carry -Over <br />A. No employee may carry over from one (1) calendar year to the next, <br />more than the maximum vacation carryover as set forth in the <br />following table. Any vacation not used beyond the maximum <br />carryover amount from year to year is forfeited, meaning that no pay <br />shall be received for such unused vacation at any time.
