ARTICLE XIII <br />13.0 TOOL REIMBURSEMENT POLICY <br />13.1 Employees classified as Fleet Equipment Technician I, II, or III, or Fleet Equipment <br />Supervisor shall continue to provide such tools as are ordinarily used in the trade which <br />shall be the personal tools of the mechanic. The City will continue with one (1) or more <br />vendors an account(s) for said employees who have at least one (1) year of service in <br />such classifications. Such employees shall be allowed up to $900 per fiscal year with <br />such vendor(s) in order to purchase tools which, in the sole determination of the Fleet <br />Services Manager, are necessary for the performance of such employee's job duties, The <br />City's policy and procedure for the replacement of stolen tools shall be the same as it <br />existed prior to the effective date of this Agreement. The City shall bear no liability or <br />responsibility for such tools except as provided in this Section. <br />31 <br />25J -33 <br />
