Contractors: <br />• Verify licensing <br />• Prepare mover instruction form <br />• Schedule and coordinate bids <br />• Attend site inspection, if necessary <br />• Review and compare bids <br />• Evaluate for eligibility <br />Relocation Flan <br />Consultant shall prepare a Relocation Plan, In accordance with all requirements of State Lain, <br />State HCD Guidelines, the Relocation Assistance and Real Property Acquisition Rules and <br />Regulations of the Agency, The purpose of this Relocation Plan is to provide the City With <br />summary and statistical information regarding the impact of a project to potential displaced <br />people. Specifically, this report shall identify potential impacts that may occur as a result of the <br />demolition of existing structures, proposed displacement of occupants, and a plan to mitigate <br />respective impacts. <br />The Relocation Plan shall Include: <br />Description of the proposed pro)ect and project location; <br />0 Assessment of needs, <br />Replacement housing resources; <br />* Residential and commercial displacements; <br />4 Temporary housing (if applicable), <br />* Program assurances and standards; <br />Relocation assistance program; <br />* Citizen participation and plan review period; <br />+ description of relocation benefits; <br />0 Eviction policies and procedures; <br />Appeals and grievance procedures, <br />* displacement schedule,: <br /># Estimated relocation costs.. <br />Relocation Assistants <br />Relocation Agents, Jesse Ortiz and lathy Gsbanilla, will ensure that Epic's relocation efforts <br />conform to all Caltrans and Uniform Act regulations. The development of a relocation plan will <br />Immediately become a critical component to identify all potential problem areas and minimize <br />adverse impacts of displacement Epic's agents will start by conducting initial Interviews of all <br />impacted residences and businesses and analyzing possible relocation options and costs, <br />verifying the feasibility of moving, forward with the anticipated relocations. In addition, Epic will <br />consider any special relocation advisory services that may be necessary for the displaced <br />persons. 'The Relocation Plan will include the following: <br />• plagram or sketch of the project area <br />• Projected dates of displacement <br />• Written analysis of the relocation needs of all persons to be displaced and how these needs <br />will be met <br />• A detailed description of the relocation advisory services program <br />7 <br />25L -205 <br />
