We are <br />pleased to submit this proposal for specialty area (A4) Acquisition, Relocation, and Property <br />Management Services. <br />OPC Is a California Corporation that has specialized in providing real estate services to <br />government agencies since 1980. We are prepared to provide the City of Santa Ana with a <br />qualified team that will successfully execute your projects.
