<br />In response to the City of Santa Ana's (City) request for proposals, ClvilSource, Inc. (CivilSource) is
<br />pleased to present this proposal for On -Gall Right of Way Program Management Services (A5). We are
<br />committed to meeting the City's needs and offer the following:
<br />Qualifications, Capabilities and Experience. We offer our clients a highly competent team with an
<br />unparalleled reputation and proven capability and expertise in right of way services, The C1vilSource
<br />team will be led by Project Manager, Ms. Sour! Amirant, P.B. Ms. Amirani has over 35 years of
<br />experience with majority of those serving the City of Santa Ana in the capacity of Deputy City Engineer,
<br />During her tenure, she was responsible for successful completion of street Widening projeots involving
<br />numerous complex property acquisitions. Ms. Amirani brings to the City a strong technical familiarity
<br />with the City as well as established relationships that will move projects forward. She will be the point of
<br />contact for this contract and can negotiate with the City,
<br />Time Commitment and Response Time. CivilSource is committed to the tirriely completion of your
<br />projects, and will dedicate resources as required to support the project manager in achieving the goats
<br />of this contract. We have committed at [east 20 hours of the Project Manager to be available at the City
<br />of Santa Ana if so desired by the City. in addition, the Project Manager wilt be available to attend
<br />meetings with City departments or outside agencies including City Council and neighborhood meetings.
<br />Demonstrated Successful Experience, We have a proven track record of successfully providing
<br />professional right of way services to several cities, special districts, and local agencies including the
<br />cities of Alhambra, Alias Viejo, Bell, Compton, Costa Mesa, Culver City, Downey, El Segundo,
<br />Glendale, Huntington Beach, Irvine, La Canada Flintddge, Laguna Hills, Lake Forest, La Mirada,
<br />Lawndale, Long Beach, Lynwood, Mission Viejo, Placentia, Pomona, San Clemente, San Gabriel, San
<br />Juan Capistrano, Stanton, South Gate, Vista, and Yorba Linda; and agencies such as Metropolitan
<br />Water District (MWD), Vista irrigation District, Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA),
<br />Caitrans, and Orange County Department of Public Works,
<br />Competitive Rates. We understand the budget constraints clients are often faced with. Our proposed
<br />rates are negotiable and our references will attest to our willingness to work within any budget.
