In regard to <br />property management, we closely monitor projects to help protect the assets from illegal <br />dumping, occupancy, and vandalism. <br />OPC provides the repairs and maintenance necessary to help ensure safe access into properties <br />owned by the City, and to emergency personnel, or others legally permitted to enter. We provide <br />proactive approaches to emergencies and special project Issues by reviewing project areas to <br />determine possible risks, and by establishing a plan to manage these risks. <br />Page 7 <br />25L -331 <br />
