Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated project delivery cost of $254,123. <br />DISCUSSION <br />Portola Park is a 9.2 -acre community park that includes a ball field, a tennis court, a basketball court, <br />picnic facilities, and a tot lot. Approval of this recommended action will allow for the construction of park <br />improvements that include replacing damaged and deteriorated curbs, sidewalks, and parking lot asphalt <br />pavement; resurfacing the tennis court; new surface treatment to the basketball court; new chain link <br />fences and gates; and basketball and tennis accessories.
