1. STATEMENT OF QUALIFICATIONS
<br />d. Understanding of Need
<br />BPMP Sheet (Standard BPMP Sheet) which will be submitted to Caltrans and include bridge priority ranking
<br />for maintenance and funding, county geographic location, name of implementing agency, bridge number,
<br />facility carried, feature intersected, location, sufficiency rating. SD /FO status, all Preventive Maintenance
<br />work for each bridge, unit cost of PM (total deck area basis), federal funds, running summary of federal
<br />funds, local funds, running summary of local funds, PE, Construction Management and contingencies. An
<br />example is shown below of this BPMP which our team developed for a similar BPMP project. The first 15
<br />priority ranking of BPMP is shown below as an example.
<br />Upon submitting TTG's draft BPMP report and sheet, the City can review and provide comments to us. We
<br />will address and incorporate these comments and finalize the report including updates to the BPMP sheets
<br />that can be submitted to Caltrans for programming purposes. Our final submittal will include:
<br />Two (2) hard copies of the final report by September 21, 2015
<br />One (1) electronic copy
<br />All documents will be submitted in MS Word and PDF, exhibits will be provided in Microstation format.
