In addition, new employees may be hired at <br />Step E, the top step of the salary range (current starting maximum is Step D). <br />7) Joint Labor Management Team (JLMT): A JLMT shall be formed to discuss the bargaining <br />unit's proposal for additional responsibilities pay. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item allows the City to meet Goal #7 — Team Santa Ana, Objective #6 - (Provide <br />a positive workplace environment that supports the health of its employees and celebrates its <br />success and Goals). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />This Memorandum of Understanding will result in a cost of $116,000 during fiscal year 2015 -16 <br />and a cost of $232,000 during fiscal year 2016 -17 for a total cost to the City of $348,000 during <br />the term of the Memorandum.
