REQUIREMENTS <br />• The devices shall be ready for shipment, delivery and/or installation within two months of receipt <br />oforders. <br />• Warranty on parts and labor shall be fora minimum of to years. <br />V. EQUIPMENT DESIGN AND SPECIFICATIONS REPORT <br />All proposals &hall include information pertaining to the proposed stormwater treatment device, including, <br />but not limited to: product desteriptlon, design, engineering, siting, operation, and maintenance. The <br />following information should be summarized in an Equipment Design and Specification Report (Report) <br />for each proposed device in the given order as listed below.
