City of Santa Ana Response to Request for Proposal (RFP) Medical Services Review 1 2/9/1.5 <br />Occu-Med's project manager for at least the first year of this <br />contract will be Sean Edin, PTA (Pictured right). <br />Mr. Edin is a certified physical therapist assistant and has <br />performed hundreds of job analysis sessions and thousands <br />Of evaluations for Occu-Med clients throughout the United <br />States. These aspects of his job allow him to see many <br />differentjob classifications enhancing his consulting <br />abilities, and coordination in medical appropriateness <br />with Dr. Kaji and legally defensibility with Jim Johnson, J.D. <br />(More information regarding Mr. Johnson can be fount! on <br />Page 3 of our Proposal). Whether the job <br />class is a Librarian or Police Officer, Mr. Edin is able <br />to synthesize the critical data in ajob in order to ensure <br />quality and continuity in our client employer's occupational <br />medicine Program. Mr. Edin currently oversees multiple <br />other Occa-Med clients throughout California focusing on <br />Cities, Counties and Special Districts. <br />11. Scope of Services (Technical Proposal) <br />l OCCn-Med contracts with multiple medical providers throughout the Orange County area which wilt <br />l allow the Cit}'s applicants and employees to always attend an appointment close to his or her current <br />job <br />l or home. This service extends beyond the City's immediate geographical area, as Occu-Med has over <br />l 5,000 medical providers nationwide, so no matter where the City is recruiting from rest -assured <br />l Occu-Med will have a clinic nearby (qualifications enclosed as part of Appendix A).
