City of Santa Ana Response to Request for Proposal (RFP) Medical Services Review 1 2/91/15 <br />As an additional value tojob analysis, this Program will provide the City an effective method of <br />managing the possible return to work of employees who require a medical leave of absence due to in <br />or medical conditions, as well as an Americans With Disabilities (ADA) and the ADAAA/FEHA <br />compliant reasonable accommodation forum for engaging such employees. Oecu-Med's FFD/IRTW <br />Program is currently in use by hundreds of employers nationwide. Oven -Med is uniquely positioned to <br />assist the City with the human resources matters in, ok ing complex medical cases that require a prompt <br />and discerning assessment of the medical factors that may constitute a contraindication to an employee's <br />performing one or more of the essential functions of the his/herjob. <br />Implementation/Work Plan <br />A.
