Or, the City's <br />desire to review its drug testing policy in light <br />of the Lanier Case. <br />OCCu-Med projects that it can accomplish an <br />I <br />analysis of all required City job classes in no <br />more than one weeks time. After our initial job <br />analysis is completed Occu-Med can on an annual basis refresh the City's Job Profiles to reflect changes <br />to the physical demands of the position. This will also be performed for the City's Medical Exam <br />Component Profiles in order to stay compliant with changes to applicable laws, like the Lanier case, or <br />updates to Guidelines like POST or NFPA. OCCn-Med is prepared to begin work for the City on March 3, <br />2015, or sooner, in order to ramp -up. NOTE: If the City elects not to purchase this service Occu-Med <br />can work from the City's existing Job Descriptions and Medical Examination Protocols.
