Exercise <br />Schedule (NEXS) by creating it in the Design & Development System <br />(DDS) portion of the Homeland Security Exercise and Evaluation <br />Program (HSEEP) Toolkit. Once the exercise is approved by an Exercise <br />Administrative Authority (EAA) in the Cal OES Exercise Division, the <br />exercise is automatically posted to the NEXS and assigned a unique ID <br />number. The unique TD number will be used to establish a standard <br />naming convention for tracking purposes. The standard naming <br />convention will be exercisename_uniqueID #. <br />Example: GGI2TFWorkshop_205- 104 -12 -00 <br />An After Action Report /Improvement Plan (AAR/IP) or Summary Report <br />(for Seminars & Workshops) must be completed and submitted to <br />MFttps /,iwvwv Ilir dhs or /hsee9, with a copy to your Grant Program <br />anager within 90 days after conduct of an exercise. Please ensure the <br />AARAP or Summary Report document is encrypted (password- protected) <br />and the password is also sent to htt s: / /wimvr.. Zlt,r.clhs oovI718cen via a <br />Separate email with a copy to your Grant Program Manager. <br />It is acceptable to subm tan Exercise Srunmary Reuor_ fona s and <br />Workshops in lion of a full AAR/IP <br />Per Grant Programs Directorate Information Bulletin No. 366, ,July 7, <br />201I, Subgrantees must conduct all annual Training and Exercise Plan <br />Workshop (TEPW) to develop a Multi -Year Training and Exercise Plan <br />(TEP) and update it annually. AD TEPs developed at the LASI level <br />should roll -up to one overarching State TEP, which should be submitted <br />to your respective FEMA Regional Exercise Officer (points of contact <br />listed on he HSEEP website) and to 1jgp6-; 11i.vvwv llis dhs �ov/hseev within <br />90 days after conducting the TEPW. <br />
