Section 2- Federal Changes and Initiatives 2011 <br />Note: No later than September 30`x`, Subgrantees will email their Training <br />& Exercise Schedules to thejtufisdictions supporting Cal OES Exercise <br />Division representative with a copy to the Cal OES Unit Supervisor of the <br />Homeland Security Grants Unit, <br />Emergency Subgrantees' Emergency Operations Plans must comply with rules <br />Operation Plans regarding evaluation matrices and the Comprehensive Preparedness <br />Guide. Subgrantees should refer to IE 388a for additional guidance <br />located at this link: http;//rvtivrov,fem a.gov /library /vierovRecorddo ?id =6440 <br />regarding this reporting requirement. Subgrantees must update their EOP <br />at least once every two years to comply with Comprehensive Preparedness <br />Guide (CPG) 101 version 2.0, Developing and Maintaining Emergency <br />Operations Plans. Grantees will use the State Preparedness Report (SPR) <br />to report their compliance with this reporting requirement. 14 <br />Special Needs Populations whose members may have additional access and functional <br />Population needs before, during, and after an incident must be included in planning, <br />response and recovery documents. Subgrantees conducting major planning <br />projects (including, but not limited to: Evacuation, Mass Care and Shelter, <br />Disaster Recovery, etc.) will be required to address access and functional <br />needs, including the needs of children, within their planning documents in <br />order to maintain eligibility for HSGP. is <br />44 Ibid., page 8. <br />is Ibid., page 42. <br />
