<br />multiple regulatory responses to Regional Water Quality Control Board. Provided
<br />technical support for funding rate study as well as regulatory support for permit
<br />renewals. Intimately involved in negotiation and development of permits.
<br />El Dorado County Lake Tahoe Stormwater Management Plan.
<br />Assistant Project Manager for the development of the Lake Tahoe SWMP and
<br />master compliance schedule. Oversaw development and submittal of SWMP,
<br />participated in public and internal meetings, and was lead author for several
<br />sections of SWMP including program management, illicit discharges, industrial
<br />and commercial, municipal operations, public outreach and education, water
<br />quality based programs and program implementation, evaluation, and reporting.
