Services have included development of <br />nitrogen and selenium conceptual models, sources and loads evaluation; <br />collaborative selenium TMDL; and waste load and load allocations, <br />PROFESSIONAL <br />implementation plan, environmental analysis, and documentation. Performed <br />AFFILIATIONS <br />review of impairment assessment; economic analysis; linkage analysis; and <br />facilitation with watershed stakeholder group and regulatory agencies. <br />Chair, <br />2004 4-2005 -2005 <br />Contra Costa Clean Water Program. <br />Assistant Project Manager for the analysis of existing and future costs for the <br />Board of Director, CASQA <br />countywide SWMP as well as all 21 Permittees. Oversaw analysis and <br />2002 -2004 <br />development of existing program costs spreadsheets and technical report along <br />Member, CASQA <br />with consultant team. The information developed was used within a rate study to <br />since 1999 <br />determine funding needs and gaps, and identify available funding mechanisms. <br />Stormwater Management Program, City of Stockton & County of San Joaquin. <br />Project Manager since 2003 for development and revision of the Stormwater <br />Management Plan and supplemental guidance materials including BMP fact <br />sheets, standardized annual reporting formats, effectiveness assessment tools, <br />training strategy and modules, and master compliance schedule. Oversaw <br />multiple regulatory responses to Regional Water Quality Control Board. Provided <br />technical support for funding rate study as well as regulatory support for permit <br />renewals. Intimately involved in negotiation and development of permits. <br />El Dorado County Lake Tahoe Stormwater Management Plan. <br />Assistant Project Manager for the development of the Lake Tahoe SWMP and <br />master compliance schedule. Oversaw development and submittal of SWMP, <br />participated in public and internal meetings, and was lead author for several <br />sections of SWMP including program management, illicit discharges, industrial <br />and commercial, municipal operations, public outreach and education, water <br />quality based programs and program implementation, evaluation, and reporting. <br />Involved in a rate study to determine SWMP's funding needs and gaps. <br />Pa e19 <br />25M -67 <br />
