System Design — A comparison will be made of the proposed web based work <br />order management system and mobile application tool. The ability for features of <br />the proposed design that offer enhanced utility, ease of use of each of integration <br />with existing Public Works equipment and systems <br />2. Technical support for software and data management <br />E. Innovative and /or Creative Approaches... <br />Ability to providing the services that <br />performance capabilities <br />Oral Interviews <br />................ .............................10 % <br />provide additional efficiencies or increased <br />In addition to the written proposal, the top tier proposers may be asked to make an oral <br />presentation to the Selection Advisory Committee. <br />The Contractor should have available a principal in the company and the contractor's <br />proposed project manager to discuss the following: <br />1. The major elements of the proposal and be prepared to answer questions <br />clarifying the proposal details <br />2. A description of similar experience the Contractor has in providing the requested <br />services. Exhibits may also be used <br />3. The proposed staffing, supervision coverage, level of training, fleet, and facility <br />resources identified to provide the requested services <br />4. At least five (5) before and after pictures of various types of graffiti removal done <br />by vendor within the last five calendar years <br />5. A copy of an invoice sent to a public entity, and <br />6. Any other area the City finds necessary to address <br />The proposals will be reviewed by the Selection Advisory Committee of City staff members. The <br />committee will evaluate proposers based on the response to the RFP and the City evaluation <br />criteria set forth above. A final score will be calculated for each submitted proposal and used to <br />rank the proposers. The committee may interview the top tier of proposers on Wednesday, <br />September 30, 2015, and recommend award of the contract to the proposer who will provide the <br />best quality service at minimum cost to the City. The City reserves the right to negotiate <br />oricina and for additional terms.
