Authorize the City Manager and the Clerk of the Council to <br />execute a contract awarded to Green Giant Landscape Inc., the <br />lowest responsible bidder, in accordance with the unit bid prices, <br />totaling $334,500, for construction of the Memorial Park Security <br />Lighting Project, subject to non -substantive changes approved by <br />the City Manager and City Attorney. <br />2. Approve the Project Cost Analysis for a total estimated project <br />delivery cost of $430,415. <br />Mayor Pro Tern Sarmiento, would like staff to conduct thorough inspection <br />of street work and warranty period. <br />MOTION: <br />1.
