(CCI), subject to <br />non -substantive changes approved by the City Manager and City <br />Attorney, for collection for a one year period (July 1, 2015 to June 30, <br />2016) with provisions to extend an additional year (July 1, 2016 to <br />June 30, 2017) upon a written request executed by the City Manager. <br />25B.
