Mnfiaz focuses on strategic planning and technical assistance and training along witty the <br />development of implementation tools to facilitate the management of programs, developing tools and <br />conducdag training for HUD grantees and in the development of policies and procedures for programs <br />(HOME, CDBG, NSP) and activities funded under those programs (Housing Rehabilitation, <br />Commercial Rehabilitation and Homebuyet Programs), His work in grants Planning includes 36. <br />Consolidated Plans, over 200 Action Plans and CAPEWs, and 12 Analysis of Impediments to Pair <br />Housing Choice, <br />Mt. 1%0= is it Certified HOME Specialist and is a national technical assistance provider ditough <br />I-IUD's OncCPD inidadve. Through this initiative, Mr. hluiloz provides Technical Assistance gird <br />training to grantees throughout the county in CDBG, HOME, NSP and cross cutting elements of the <br />C13D programs. Mt.
