<br />Choice (Als), of which '11 Consolidated Plans and S Als were prepared during this last cycle. In addition, 
<br />MDG has prepared more than 250 Action Plans and CAPERS du oughout multiple Consolidated Plan

<br />Rudy Mtliioz, President - Rudy Muriloz has been providing community development consulting 
<br />services to municipal agencies since 1986, With niore than 30 years of experience in the community 
<br />development field, including grants management of federal, county, and local gratis including diose 
<br />offered by die U.S..Depatt ent of Housing and Urban Development, Nfr, Mut"loz assists municipalities 
<br />with all aspects of Community Development Block Grant (CDBG), HOME Investment Partnership 
<br />(HOME), Neighborhood Stabilization Ptogr-,an (NSP) and Emergency Solutions Grant (PSG) 
<br />management. 
<br />Mt. Mnfiaz focuses on strategic planning and technical assistance and training along witty the 
<br />development of implementation tools to facilitate the management of programs, developing tools and 
<br />conducdag training for HUD grantees and in the development of policies and procedures for programs 
<br />(HOME, CDBG, NSP) and activities funded under those programs (Housing Rehabilitation, 
<br />Commercial Rehabilitation and Homebuyet Programs), His work in grants Planning includes 36. 
<br />Consolidated Plans, over 200 Action Plans and CAPEWs, and 12 Analysis of Impediments to Pair 
<br />Housing Choice, 
<br />Mt. 1%0= is it Certified HOME Specialist and is a national technical assistance provider ditough 
<br />I-IUD's OncCPD inidadve. Through this initiative, Mr. hluiloz provides Technical Assistance gird 
<br />training to grantees throughout the county in CDBG, HOME, NSP and cross cutting elements of the 
<br />C13D programs. Mt. Mufioz is currently provides training on behalf of HUD on the use of the e-Con 
<br />Planning Suite, CPD Maps, the DRGR, system and the Basically CDBG training at the national level, 
<br />In addition, he is currently a part of the OneCPD Policy and Ptocedute Workgtoup established by 
<br />HUD to gather information and establish a system to assist grantees in doe development of policies gild 
<br />procedures. Mt, Muiioz was recently selected as part of a special assignment through die Presidential
