employees who receive donations under this procedure and who exhaust <br />all donated hours may request an additional donation period subject to the <br />provisions of Section A, herein. <br />5. The City shall add the donated time to the recipient's sick leave account. <br />In no event shall the total time credited to an employee's sick leave <br />balance exceed 200 hours, pursuant to Article X, Section 10.1.D. <br />23.4 Full Time Eligible Lists. Part Time Civil Service employees, upon their written request, <br />shall be placed on the Full Time transfer eligible list for the classification in which they <br />are employed. City will submit names of employees wishing to convert to full -time <br />position for consideration to any Department hiring for vacancies in the classification. <br />Certification from that list shall be in accordance with all existing Civil Service rules. <br />23.5 Joint Labor - Management Teams. The City and the Union agree to form Joint Labor - <br />Management teams for the purpose of exploring issues of mutual concern. Each team <br />shall be comprised of an equal number of labor and management employees and shall be <br />chaired by the Executive Director of Personnel Services or his/her designee. In no case <br />shall the activity of a team create a delay or hindrance to the ongoing operation of the <br />City. The City and the Union shall hold an initial meeting no sooner than one (1) month <br />from the date of ratification of this Agreement and upon the Union's written request to <br />meet to determine team composition, frequency of meetings and meeting schedules. <br />A. The teams to be formed are: <br />Job Classification Studies (for purposes of identifying positions in which the <br />duties and responsibilities have increased in complexity as a result of City <br />restructuring/job consolidation occurring during the term of the expiring <br />2004 -10 MOU or during the term of the current 2010 -13 MOU to determine <br />if positions or job families would be appropriate for job classification studies <br />where previously existing positions have been eliminated and /or removed <br />from the list of budgeted positions and higher -level job duties reassigned to <br />or absorbed by other classified positions). For purposes of this section, <br />classification reviews will be conducted pursuant to Section 23.7 (A -E). <br />2. Web Page Hosting (for purposes of developing a City- hosted web page <br />presenting explanatory information regarding employee compensation, <br />including illustrated explanation of employee payroll statements to assist <br />mortgage services and other similar persons engaged in qualifying <br />employees for loan modifications through either lender or governmental loan <br />modification programs). <br />3.
