The Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Number for this Non- <br />Research award is CDC - RFA -DP14 -1417. Subgrantee must comply <br />with all terms and conditions outlined in Subgrantor's Notice of Award, <br />including grants policy terms and conditions contained in applicable <br />HHS Grants Policy Statements, and requirements imposed by program <br />statutes and regulations and HHS grant administration regulations, as <br />applicable; as well as any requirements or limitations in any applicable <br />appropriations acts; and <br />b. Program income — Any program income generated under this Grant <br />will be used in accordance with the Addition alternative. <br />6. Funding Restrictions and Limitations <br />a. Funding Opportunity Announcement (FOA) Restrictions: <br />Restrictions that must be considered while planning the programs and <br />writing the budget are: <br />i. Subgrantee may not use funds for research; <br />ii. Subgrantee may not use funds for clinical care; <br />iii. Subgrantee may use funds only for reasonable program <br />purposes, including personnel, travel, supplies, and services; <br />iv. Generally, Subgrantee may not use funds to purchase <br />furniture or equipment. Any such proposed spending must <br />be clearly identified in the budget; <br />V. Reimbursement of pre -award costs is not allowed; <br />vi.
