Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-048 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF SANTA ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER OR <br />DESIGNEE TO EXECUTE A SUBGRANT AGREEMENT AND ALL <br />NECESSARY DOCUMENTS TO RECEIVE FUNDS FOR THE <br />WORKFORCE INNOVATION AND OPPORTUNITY ACT WITH THE STATE <br />OF CALIFORNIA, WORKFORCE SERVICES DIVISION, THROUGH <br />PROGRAM YEAR 2018 <br />2.
