Adopt a resolution. <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2015-049 - A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF SANTA <br />ANA AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER AND THE CITY ATTORNEY TO <br />EXECUTE CERTAIN DOCUMENTS REQUIRED BY THE CALIFORNIA <br />BOARD OF EQUALIZATION TO COLLECT THE CITY'S UTILITY USERS' <br />TAX ON PREPAID WIRELESS SERVICE <br />2. AGMT NO. 2015-184 - Authorize the City Manager and Clerk of the <br />Council to execute a Local Charge Agreement with the California Board <br />of Equalization, subject to non -substantive changes approved by the <br />City Manager and City Attorney. <br />3.
