OCTA MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING NO. C -5 -3295 <br />SECTION 6 DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION <br />This Section is intended to provide general terms and conditions between the Parties for <br />the design and construction phase of the Project. A Design Agreement and Construction <br />Agreement shall in good faith be developed between the Parties to define in more detail <br />the roles, responsibilities, and expectations during the design and construction phase of <br />the Project.
