Computer Management Maintenance System work order system. The training shall be <br />conducted in the field and on the classroom as needed by the City and their Staff. <br />3. Computer Maintenance Management System (CMMS) Support <br />The Water Resources Division Utilizes the Cityworks CMMS system to track and manage <br />inspection work orders. Consultant shall be capable of providing Cityworks CMMS support <br />services including optimizing data entry forms and recommending best practices. CMMS <br />support will be required as needed and is not a core requirement of this RFP. The consultant <br />should also be familiar with leveraging the CMMS to report on key performance indicators. <br />General Sewer System O &M Support <br />The Consultant shall be able to assist the City with assessment of sewer system issues and <br />development of corrective actions including source identification and mitigation. <br />Consultant will assist the City of development of SSO contingency plans for high risk pipelines. <br />P. Technical Abilities <br />Proposer must demonstrate the following skills: <br />Ability to successfully perform FSE and G'RE inspections in other languages (in addition to <br />English). Additional consideration will be given to proposers which demonstrate this ability. <br />2. Knowledge of environmental regulations and formal training in environmental sciences and or <br />engineering. <br />Demonstrated capability to integrate GIS, database and maintenance management technologies <br />to effectively manage ESE inspections and FOG Program tasks. <br />G. Cooperative Work Environment <br />It is required that successful proposer be able to work together in a cooperative work environment with <br />the program manager /contract administrator and staff, and other consultants as required. <br />H. Ongoing Coordination /Status Meetings <br />During the term of the contract, the Program Manager reserves the right to schedule periodic group or <br />individual meetings (anticipated to be once per quarter), at no additional cost to the City. <br />15 -072 <br />
