Based on an <br />analysis of these factors and the corrosive properties of the soil, the water main along this segment has <br />been identified as one of the highest priorities for replacement, due to Its high probability of failure and <br />significant consequences to vital facilities (such as Orange Coast Hospital as well as other medical offices <br />and businesses), should a failure occur. <br />A Notice Inviting Bids was advertised on August 11 and 12, 2015, and 'bids were opened on September <br />17, 2015.
