Subsection A above. <br />10.4 Limitation on Vacation. <br />A. With the exception of a retiring employee, no employee is granted, and no <br />employee shall be allowed to take, any vacation leave with pay in excess of 400 <br />hours in any one year. <br />10.5 Vacation Carry -Over. <br />A. No employee may carry over from one (1) calendar year to the next, more than <br />the maximum vacation carryover as set forth in the following table. Any vacation <br />not used beyond the maximum carryover amount from year to year is forfeited, <br />meaning that no pay shall be received for such unused vacation at any time.
