follows: <br />(1) Meetings <br />The date, time and place of regular meetings of the <br />governing board may be fixed by resolution of the <br />governing board of the Authority and a copy of any such <br />resolution shall be filed with each party hereto. <br />Unless and until such time as the date, time and <br />place of regular meetings is otherwise established by the <br />governing board, the Authority shall hold a regular <br />meeting once each year at 4:30 p.m. on the third Thursday <br />in October at the City Hall of the Host City. <br />Special meetings of the governing board may be <br />called at any time with the joint approval of the city <br />managers of Orange and Santa Ana, or their designated <br />representatives. <br />ra <br />
