Project Execration <br />The purpose of the Train the Trainer program is to allow agencies to have qualified staff available to train <br />end users on the features and functionality of the Inform FBR product. Agencies designate personnel to <br />receive TriTech instructor led training on how to properly train and work with the system. This allows <br />agencies to train their own personnel using a systematic approach that has been developed by TriTech. This <br />two (2) day course prepares the client designated trainers to train end users on Inform FBR. <br />This Training is recommended for all personnel responsible for writing incident reports and Field Interviews, <br />as well as the supervisors responsible for reviewing and approving reports. The Inform RMS Administrator, <br />Record Clerics, or any other personnel that will interact with utilizing the FBR application can also benefit <br />from this class. <br />Ideally, training classes will be conducted between Tuesday and Friday. The number of students attending <br />the User Training course will be limited to no more than ten (10) students per class. <br />Prerequisites: 1) Basic understanding of computers and the Microsoft Windows Environment, 2) Basic <br />understanding or the agencies report writing and submission policies and procedures. 3) Basic understanding <br />of UCR or NIBRS Reporting requirements. <br />Completion Criteria: This task is considered complete upon completion of each of the scheduled classes. <br />7.7,6.4 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Schedule the FBR Core End User /Train -The- Trainer Training class(es) in accordance with the Client's <br />availability and the Project Schedule. <br />b) Prepare and distribute the meeting agendas and documents for Client review or completion to all <br />required attendees two weeks prior to each meeting. <br />c) Develop and provide the FBR Training Plan for all licensed product options to the Client. <br />d) Provide an electronic copy of the FBR technical and user manuals. <br />e) Conduct the training session(s) for' the licensed product options on a mutually agreed to schedule. <br />I) Upon completion of the training send a TCR to the Client. <br />7.7.6.5 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Provide facilities to comfortably hold the training activities, and workstations with FBR application <br />installed. <br />b) Schedule and conduct the Client led End User Training, to allow for completion of the Inform ,FBR End <br />User training no later than one week prior to Go Live. <br />e) Ensure that all the appropriate Inform FBR end users attend the core end -user training classes. <br />s1) Ensure that each FBR end -user completes all relevant training modules before assigning the end -user a <br />username and password to access Inform FBR. <br />c) Review and approve the applicable'TCRs. <br />7.8 Inform RMS and Inform FBR Integration Testing _ <br />Once the FAT is concluded for Inform RMS and the Inform FBR Subsystems, and Interfaces that are <br />scheduled to Go Live with Inform RMS acrd in preparation for Go Live, TriTech and the Client will conduct <br />a one day Integration Testing. The Integration testing will be conducted based on a number of scenarios that <br />test the records management process. These scenarios involve the Subsystems and Interfaces that are <br />scheduled to Go Live with Inform RMS and can be tested in the pre - production environment. A small group <br />of the Client staff (1 -2 Records staff and field users) should participate in this test with TriTech.
