1) Review and approve the FAT documents. <br />g) Participate in the FAT. <br />11) Assist TriTech in documenting PAT findings and results, <br />i) Review and approve the applicable TCRs, <br />7.10.4 Mock Go Live <br />This task allows the participants to conduct a dry run of the actual subsystems that are scheduled to cutover <br />concurrently. The purpose of this process is to reduce or eliminate actual cutover problems and to confirm <br />that all preparations for go -live activities have been completed. <br />In the event all subsystems Go Live concurrently, the mock Go Live exercise will be a one -time event. <br />In the event subsystems Go Live independent of one another, one mock Go Live will be conducted for CAD <br />and Mobile (and relevant interfaces), and a separate mock Go Live will be conducted for RMS, FBR (and <br />relevant interfaces), <br />For each mock Go Live exercise, the Client will conduct a two (2) day mock Go Live, simulating system <br />cutover with all subsystems and interfaces operational, following FAT and Integration Testing. TriTech will <br />respond to questions that arise during the process, participate in the post mock -Go Live review, and cotrect <br />deficiencies that arise from the process which are their responsibility, TriTech personnel will be on -site for <br />two (2) days for each mock Go Live exercise. <br />The mock Go Live verifies that the following has occurred: <br />• Cutover plan approval <br />• Verification and approval of a schedule for Go Live activities <br />• Identification and scheduling of TriTech and Client resources required for Go Live activities <br />• Notification of planned system cutover to internal and external interface stakeholders supplying <br />systems integral to Go Live operations <br />TriTech Team Participation: <br />• Project Manager <br />• Subsystem Business Analyst(s) <br />Client Team Participation: <br />• Proj act Manager <br />• SME's <br />• Additional staff, as needed, to conduct Mock Go Live <br />7.10.5 Tri1 "ach Responsibilities; <br />ae) Be available onsite (and by telephone) for Client inquiries <br />b) Participate in a post mock -Go Live discussion to review the findings and observations <br />e) Connect any issues and software errors which arise during the mock Go Live <br />d) Collaboratively update the system cutover plan with the Client <br />64 <br />25B -111 <br />
