TriTech Project Roles and Responsibility <br />Any changes in the requirements documented in the OSDs, post approval, are subject to formal <br />Change Order, <br />Note: Modifications to any of Stan dard TriTech Software will only tie released with a <br />subsequent major version of the applicable subsystem (i,e,'Inform CAD, Inform Mobile, <br />Inforim RMS, eVa <br />In£orrn FBR and the like) based upon; the relnde and dependency to these <br />Products (Any modifications in the Agreement, including those proposed by TriTech in <br />response to'the Clienf's RFP shall occur within the project ithplementation limefratne; ": <br />unless otherwise agreed upon by the parties in writineJ. <br />Note: Software versioning is the process of assigning either unique version names or unique <br />version numbers to unique states of computer software while a service pack or patch is a <br />piece of software designed to fix problems with, or update a computer program or its <br />supporting data. This includes fixing security vulnerabilities and other bugs. <br />2.13 Contracted Custom Interface Software <br />Custom Interfaces to be created by TriTech are identified in the Agreement. A high level description <br />of the intended functionality and scope is attached as part of Appendix D - Custom TriTech <br />Interfaces to this SOW. The high level description of custom Interfaces procured through the <br />Agreement will be initially defined by an FDD. The detailed functionality of these interfaces will be <br />further defined later in an OSD, which will be developed and delivered to the Client dining the <br />project. <br />Changes in client- approved OSDs are subject to formal Change Orders. <br />31 Overview <br />TriTech will appoint a team of specialized personnel that will implement the Project under the direction of _ <br />TriTech's Project Manager, The team will be multi - disciplinary and the team members may specialize in <br />different products or Subsystems. Team members may be engaged in different phases of the Project as <br />necessary and in some cases are involved in the Project for a limited tioaeframe, Any personnel changes by <br />TriTech must be approved in advance by the Client. Such agreement will not be, unreasonably withheld. <br />The descriptions of personnel roles noted below provide an overview of typical Project team members. Other <br />personnel may be involved under the direction of the TriTech Project Manager in order to complete the <br />requirements of the Project. <br />3.2 TriTech Project Manager <br />TriTech has appointed a TriTech Project Manager as the principal TriTech contact who will be responsible <br />for managing TriTech's responsibilities related to the implementation of the Project, as described in this <br />SOW and within the scope of the Purchase Agreement. The Project Manager is also responsible for <br />managing TriTech's subcontractors. <br />Each of TriTech's Subcontractors may appoint a Project Manager to manage their portion of the Project <br />Deliverables and activities. However, the TriTech Project Manager will have the overall responsibility for <br />coordinating all activities and supervising the progress of each Subcontractor, The TriTech Project Manager <br />will manage all communications between the Client and each of TriTech's Subcontractors.
