e) Provide subject matter experts that will be the RMS super users, as well as a person or persons that will <br />be responsible for the ongoing maintenance of the RMS Code Files and configuration (RMS <br />Administrator). <br />1) Provide subject matter experts that will be responsible for translating the geopolitical /operational <br />boundaries into data (BSRI shape files) suitable for use within the RMS. <br />g) Provide subject matter experts that will be responsible for the maintenance of the agency's street <br />centerline data. <br />h) Provide subject matter experts that can provide information on technical Systems (Interfaces and <br />IIardware/Network /Applicati oas). <br />i) Review TriTech's Inform RMS System Orientation Report and provide edits as appropriate. <br />j) Review and approve applicable TCRs. <br />Completion Criteria <br />This task is considered complete when (i) the Inform RMS System Orientation has been completed; (ii) <br />TriTech has provided the Client with the initial System Module Setup (SMS), including identified follow up <br />assignments; and (iii) TriTech and Client mutually agree to the content of the Inform RMS System <br />Orientation Report, <br />7A2 Inform RMS Base System Code File Entry <br />After completion of the Inform RMS System Orientation and receiving requested pre -DOLF data from the <br />Client, the assigned TriTech Business Analyst will start and supervise the initial Code File building process. <br />The Business Analyst also configures Inform RMS Central Configuration as defined in the System <br />Orientation. The Client will be actively involved in the Code File configuration process through conference <br />calls and remote web sessions. <br />TriTech will deliver the Inform RMS System with UCR Codes. The Code file build will include RMS User <br />Personnel, Property Locations, and Violation Codes. <br />oteai It is the' responsibility of the client to complete the UCR mapping to the violation codes. ` <br />Validation through the DOLF process allows for the initial Code File setup while limiting the risk of <br />rework, This task is considered to have been completed when the Business Analyst has demonstrated the <br />setup of RMS User Personnel, Property Locations, and Violation Codes, <br />7.6.2.1 TriTech Responsibilities <br />a) Monitor and evaluate Code File submitted by the Client and provide guidance as needed. <br />b) Conduct one or more web meetings to validate the completeness and applicability of Client submitted <br />Code File information, prior to initiating the Code file entry. <br />c) Facilitate updates to the System Module Setup (SMS) building sheet. <br />(l) Prepare and submit a TCR to confirm the delivery of the SMS worksheet by the Client. <br />7.6.2.2 Client Responsibilities <br />a) Provide timely input and updates to the SMS sheet to support the Code File building timelines. <br />b) Participate in the Code File validation conference call. <br />V) Continue building the System Code Files (those not built by TriTech) after DOLF. <br />42 <br />r - •• <br />
