Project Execution <br />d) Review and approve applicable TCRs. <br />7.6.3 Inform RMS Demonstration of Licensed Functionality (DOLF) <br />Once the initial Code File and configuration phase is complete and RMS is installed at the Client site, a <br />Demonstration of Licensed Functionality (DOLF) is conducted. This working meeting includes a review of <br />the preliminary Code Files and configuration and hands -on training on software utilities for completing the <br />Code File build and on -going Code File management. The DOLF for Inform RMS will be 3 days and will <br />be held at the Client's facilities, and on the Client's system hardware, after it has been configured by <br />TriTech. <br />Client will be responsible for supplying the requested data to TriTech no later than four (4) weeks prior to <br />DOLF to allow sufficient configuration time. The data will be requested as a follow up to the System <br />Orientation for Inform RMS. <br />Participants include key members of TriTech's implementation team and should not generally exceed ten <br />(10) core members of the Client's implementation team. The Client's team should include RMS Central and <br />Local Administrators. At the conclusion of the session, a DOLF report is produced which documents the <br />core software configuration, Code Files, and activities to be completed by the Client. Any issues that require <br />follow -up action, including any outstanding Go Live issues will be documented in the applicable Project <br />journal. Post DOLF, the Client will <br />enter the balance of the Code Files (not built by TriTech). The Client also becomes responsible for <br />maintaining Code Files (personnel, Violation Codes, Property Locations, and the like) that must be <br />continuously updated to keep the Code Files in GO -Live ready status. During this phase, the assigned <br />TriTech Business Analyst will provide consultation services. <br />Dote; Inform RMS DOLF.is anevem applicable to Inform RMS oily. No other Systems or <br />Subsystems will be demonstrated during this session. <br />7,6.3.1 TriTech Rosponsibilities <br />ta) Schedule the ousite DOLF meeting in accordance with the Client's availability and the Project Schedule. <br />b) Prepare and distribute the meeting agendas to all required attendees a week prior to each meeting, <br />c) Conduct the meetings based on the distributed agenda. <br />d) Provide initial hands on training on the applicable system and introduction to different modules and their <br />configurations. <br />Note: This training is not meant to be comprehensive for end user understanding of the Subsystem. <br />The purpose is to give the participant an understanding of the configuration and administration <br />of Inform RMS. <br />e) Introduce the Client to, and begin documentation within the Subsystem Journal. <br />1) Document and assign owners and due dates for any action items and track all action items to closure. <br />g) Develop and deliver the "DOLF Report'' which serves as an "as built" document describing the build of <br />the system following the DOLF. <br />it) FIandoff the management of mutually- agreed upon select Code Files to the Client. <br />i) Provide the Client team with a copy of the Inform RMS User and Administration Guidcs. <br />43 <br />
