Contract Award for GMS Van and SUV <br />November 17, 2015 <br />Page 2 <br />The bids were opened on September 29, 2015 (Exhibit 1). The bids received from Reynolds <br />Buick, Inc. for both vehicles are responsive to the specifications and meets the City's <br />requirements. To allow for unanticipated charges, an additional 5% contingency has been <br />included in the award amount. <br />STRATEGIC PLAN ALIGNMENT <br />Approval of this item allows the City to meet Goal #6 Community Facilities & Infrastructure, <br />Objective #2 (address deferred maintenance on City buildings and equipment). <br />FISCAL IMPACT <br />Funds in the amount of $61,390 are available in FY 2015 -16 Fleet Maintenance Equipment <br />Replacement account (07510101- 66400). <br />APPROVED AS TO FUNDS AND ACCOUNTS: <br />Francisco Gutierrez <br />Executive Director <br />Finance and Management Services Agency <br />CUDS /sp <br />Exhibit: Abstract of Bids <br />22A -2 <br />
