According to our records, your Software Support and Maintenance <br />Agreement will expire on October 31, 1999 unless you take the necessary steps to extend the <br />Agreement. If your support renewal documents and payment are not received by the expiration date of <br />the current agreement, you will not have support for this mission critical system. Additionally, failure to <br />take immediate action on your renewal means you will lose the option to either receive a discount on your <br />support fee or to exercise the option to make quarterly payments. <br />Your Support and Maintenance Agreement allows you to take advantage of the services provided by <br />TriTech Software Systems' Technical Support Staff. This includes an annual site visit of up to three (3) <br />business days to assist you with technical support issues.' Additionally, you will enjoy the benefits of <br />software enhancements as we continue to improve the product. <br />To renew your Support and Maintenance Agreement, and to assure seamless software technical services <br />coverage, please complete and sign the TriTech Support Services Renewal Agreement attached to this <br />letter (with any accompanying documents attached to that agreement) (collectively the "Renewal <br />Documents") and return both original signed agreements with, if possible, your payment to our office. <br />We will sign the Agreements and return one original to you for your records. <br />If you act immediately, you have some options for payment of your renewal of VisiCADTM Support <br />Services. If you return your signed TriTech Support Services Renewal Agreement with your payment <br />by October 15, 1999 you can either: <br />1) Elect to pay your standard support fee for technical services on a quarterly basis; or <br />2) Elect to make your full annual standard support fee early and receive a 2 %% discount on your annual <br />support fee. <br />' Travel related expenses for site visits are not included in the annual support fee and are the <br />responsibility of the Client.
