Overview of the Upcoming Implementation of the Workforce Innovation <br />Opportunity Act (Strategic Plan No. 2, 4) — (CDA) <br />Deborah Sanchez, Economic Development Specialist reviewed presentation <br />on Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act — WIOA. The four priority <br />areas for implementation are: 1) Sector Partnerships, 2) Career Pathways, 3) <br />Data and Credentials, and 4) One Stop Delivery System. Orange County <br />has been identified as a workforce region and the local workforce board size <br />has been reduced. Committee members would like listing of <br />recommendations and names for board. <br />11.
